You can create your own custom shortcuts to Internet sites using Notepad. To open Notepad:

Click the Start button.
Select Programs.
Select Accessories.
Click on Notepad.
Now, type these lines in your Notepad document:
[InternetShortcut]
URL=http://www.yoursite.com

Now, save the file with a .URL extension.
