How to Convert a Powerpoint Slideshow to Other Formats

Step : 1 Download and install a free PowerPoint converter program such as E.M. PowerPoint Video Converter.

Step : 2 Launch your program after it has installed. Drag your PowerPoint files into the source window of the program.

Step : 3 Select the output format you want in the "Output format" window. You can select from formats such as WMV, MP4 and MP3.

Step : 4 Select the quality settings for the output in the "Profile" window. Keep in mind that the higher the output quality, the larger the file is going to be.

Step : 5 Select your audio mode. If you want to add audio to the presentation, click the "Browse" button by the audio window. Locate the audio file from the location it's saved on your computer and click "Open" to load it to the program.

Step : 6 Select the transition time you want between the slides. When you are done customizing the output, click "Convert."

Step : 7 Click the "Open" button when the conversion is complete to open the output folder the converted file was saved to. Double-click the converted file to launch it.
